An Alameda County Superior Court judge rejected Move Eden Housing's lawsuit against the city of Livermore over the group's failed referendum attempt from last year, according to a ruling issued Thursday morning.MEH first filed its suit last August in an effort to convince the court to require city clerk Marie Weber to process the group's referendum petition, which sought to overturn the city's approval of an amended disposition, development and loan agreement (DDLA) with Eden Housing, Inc. -- the developer for the 130-unit affordable housing complex planned for downtown.
